Hell on Earth
Song info: the riff for "Hell on Earth" was the first thing written specifically for the album. It evolved from a song called "Burning in Hell" that has yet to be released (or, for that matter, I have any plans for release). In the "Unearthed" demo (since obliterated from existence, hopefully) the solo faded out due to the fact that it was planned to go longer, but the drums and bass cut out. Rather than re-record the guitar track, the decision to fade it out and mask it with a scream was made. This was later greatly regretted.
Hell on Earth was the first song by The Conjured to make it onto radio. It was played on That Metal Station during a late-night show.

Lyrics
Trumpets blare from the north
A warning of the end
The downfall and destruction
Of all women and men
The skies erupt in fire
The earth splits in two
Satan’s hand crawls from the chasm
Harbinger of doom
A sea of flames erupts
All flesh is stripped away
Demons take to the skies
The dead rise from their graves
Earned annihilation
Payment of man’s sins
Not one is spared the fire
Eternal death begins
Bones lie on the ground
Scattered on the street
Toxins fill the air
Pollute ocean and sea
Structures lay in ruin
Blood flows fast and free
Hell has come to Earth
Join the misery
Trumpets blare from the north
A warning of the end
The downfall and destruction
Of all women and men
The skies erupt in fire
The earth splits in two
Satan’s hand crawls from the chasm
Harbinger of doom
A sea of flames erupts
All flesh is stripped away
Demons take to the skies
The dead rise from their graves
Earned annihilation
Payment of man’s sins
Not one is spared the fire
Eternal death begins
Bones lie on the ground
Scattered on the street
Toxins fill the air
Pollute ocean and sea
Structures lay in ruin
Blood flows fast and free
Hell has come to Earth
Join the misery
